Its hard to find the words about this place! Love so many of the teachers (esp Jen E, Johnna and Rian), the music, the vibe. LOVE that you offer childcare. The studio is beautiful and front desk people are friendly and helpful. Many of them remember my first name. I really love the variety and quantity of classes (heated and non heated). One day soon I'll start coming to a Mysore class. It's also great to have Namastay there for an occasional smoothie or lunch (though service and food can be inconsistent) and a spa (though I haven't tried it). If
I were talking to a friend, I'd say the only potential negatives are that it can get really crowded and it can get expensive. There have also been a few times that I've thought the locker room could use a cleaning. Finally I would just say that for some people, the heat, the loud music, the power practice...it's not for everyone. I even admit that at first I was not sure about the place. I'm glad I kept coming.
