This place doesn't seem to know what customer service is all about. Whoever is in charge of this branch sure isn't concerned about training the floor staff. They (floor staff) only knows what product "X" is by looking on their tablet and recite what is already written. There was one customer who was waiting waaay before us, we were helped before her. And I saw her leave the store mumbling some words under her breath.
There is a reason this store has only 2 stars overall. Unless your coming here to pay your bill or get an accessory, go somewhere else.
We go to the one in Queen Creek. Staff is friendly, EDUCATED and confident. Hell, they even hold the door for you when walking you out.
