Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. You will not find a better hotel value in the Mesa area. This hotel is within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants, a major mall, movie theater, 3 outlet centers, supermarket and so much more. This hotel location could not be more prime for the area. Except for a consequential communication problem with an incompetent employee who I hopefully doubt will be there much longer, our overall experience was awesome. Due to this employee's incompetence, we received one night free, thank you very much. We were also upgraded to a suite for free, I think because they were not very busy due to being off season. They also granted us a complimentary late check-out. The management bends over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction. They have delicious homemade cookies and coffee around the clock, and a charming breakfast featuring something different and delicious each morning. The pool and jacuzzi are pleasant. The rooms are very comfortable and the maintenance staff is very responsive. We were very happy with our overall experience, and have found our favorite Mesa hotel.
