I've lived here for a couple months and everything has been great. The office staff (Olivia, Rachelle, and Katie) and maintenance crew have been very friendly and helpful. When I have submitted a maintenance request online, it has been fixed the same day or the following day. They are doing a lot of upgrades to the pool area, repainting all the buildings and upgrading the landscaping, everything is looking really nice. I walk my dog throughout the property in the mornings and evenings and it's always very quiet. The noise from neighbors is no worse than anywhere I have lived in the past and to me, isn't even noticeable.
I looked all around North Scottsdale at apartments, this complex is BY FAR the best deal for the money. The property also has a nice layout and there's much more green space than I have seen at other properties. I love the layout of the apartment and the wood floors. The gym is nice and has brand-new equipment. The only negative is the lack of guest parking in certain lots, but you can easily park across Raintree in the office building lots. Thumbs up for me!
