Not sure why so much hype about this place. Ordered a coffee from Ritual and I actually got there a few minutes late so I expect my order to be ready or near ready, but I was confused as I walked to the counter as pretentious staffs didn't even bother to greet or acknowledge my presence. I figured they were still busy filling up other order so I went to use washroom. After I came back the order was still not there despite the app indicated it was ready 5 minutes ago, what made it worse was staffs continued to treat me as non-existent. Finally the girl making the donut was filling up my order and calling my name.
Overall the experience was cold and not welcoming, I wouldn't expect top notch customer service from a cafe place but even staffs at Timmy or Mac would greet the customers when they place order. Sure the coffee is ok and fresh, but so are many other places in the area. With so many other choices near my office, I know I definitely won't visit here again.
