I've been going to this place for a few moths now and all of my experiences have been good. I always ask for Ana (she does a great job)
Today was a different story. I requested Ana per usual and they told me she wasn't "available" so I took an appointment with another nail tech. Everything was good until a other costumer walked in and my nail tech began to rush my mani!! just so he could go over to the other costumer who was already being taken care of by someone else! They needed two people?? Seriously?!? I couldn't believe it!
Im a paying costumer as well so I should get the same service. I thought that was very rude and disrespectful. Not a good way to treat clients.
I might not go back since they couldn't even give me a yes or no answer when I asked if Ana was coming back or not.
