Thank You to whomever decided to open this location. A minute away from the office, you provide a quick fix for my sweet tooth desires. Affordable, with flavors and toppings GALORE, it's the best of both worlds. This place will always be busy, given its location and the scorching desert heat (and non-frozen temps even in Winter), but I've never waited for more than 5 minutes. Tip: get a frequent flyer card! YUMMMM
