This was the company OneGuard Home Warranties sent to my home. They called me within 2 minutes of calling my warranty company, were at the house within an hour. I have 2 AC units. One needed refrigerant, fixed immediately. The other needed a new motor. The tech didn't have the specific motor for my unit in his truck, but returned a little over an hour later and replaced the motor. Both units running fine. All of this in less than 3 hours of my call to the warranty company. Doug, the service tech, was polite, on time and thorough explaining to me what he did and what the condition was of my units. I would recommend this company to anyone.
