You'd think that Bank of America, being a multi-billion dollar company, would be able to staff more than one teller at a time. Nope. One teller and 12+ people waiting in line, no doubt many of them during their lunch break, like myself. The very helpful and genuine woman working as the only teller apologized for the wait. It's not her fault one of the largest banks in America can't staff their locations correctly. I hope I never have to go back to this branch.
