Three years ago I called express flooring to give me an estimate on replacing my cork flooring. The reason was it had faded severely . They came to the house and recommended engineered wood flooring because it would not fade. The salesman said it had a lifetime guarantee . Now this floor has faded by all my windows. Did it mention the cost was just under 20k. I called them and was told that fading was not covered unless the sales guy had written it on the receipt. The whole point of calling was the fading problem. This is a dishonest ,low quality operation. They did send a guy out to glue the baseboards that had fallen off. Overall there should be no reason to call these people. The worse
