I will try to keep this as mature as possible. I got a oil change about two months ago. I drove home, got to my house, and my car was smoking everywhere. My boyfriend had opened the hood, and the oil cap was never put back on. I drove back to the oil change, they agreed to clean it and refill the oil. I checked it, it looked cleaned, but every week I have to get one car wash because streaks keep coming up on my hood. I had my boss look at underneath my hood today, and there is oil caked on, and he is not sure, if there is a leak now but there is oil everywhere. This is very upsetting as this is a fairly new car and this happens all because someone wasn't paying attention that day. Not to mention, the guy in the office was very grumpy, very rude, and very abrupt. He was also sharing stories about another crazy customer who he had to ask to leave, and so on.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
