Very impressed with overall customer service. They told me exactly what they were going to do, how much it was going to be, when it will be ready and If they found any problems give me a call. When I went to pick up the mower, price was slightly lower, only because the oil was still good and did not need to be drained. When I checked out the mower, I knew they did exactly what they said they did. I have taken my mower to other repair places and they charged a fortune for jobs they did not do. Their so called technicians were people hauled off the street not knowing anything about small engines when I questioned why my mower was not working after they have worked on it. Pro-landscapers seems to be the real deal in engine repair and tune-up and maintenance of mowers. I'll be back.
