Don't make an appointment online. When you walk in for your appointment they will have no idea you even made one. I had made the appointment two days prior and received an email confirmation saying that if there is any conflict or problem the store would call me. I never received any phone calls so I thought my appointment was set. I suggest calling up there so you aren't out of luck like I was and was told to come back later and that maybe they would fit me in. I ended up just going across the street and got right in with no appointment.
