Great experience at PV Simon Med. After a script hiccup, Nicci the Physicians Services manager took a personal interest in resolving the issue and making sure I got scheduled for my MRI quickly. Anna the appointment setter followed up with me regularly until I could set a time and then Nicci got me in the same day I called back. At the center they got me in at the scheduled time. The staff at PV Center couldn't be nicer and more professional. They made feel very comfortable about the procedure and made a CD of my MRI. Terrific! Thank you!"
