I went here and took the tour of the distillery, which was completely worth the trip. The samples of vodka, whiskey, and rum were surprisingly good, and the tour came with one of their specialty cocktails. Take the tour.
The location for this place is tragic. It's in an old part of Peoria, and the building has some great history behind it, but I'll be damned if I can think of even one reason I'd be near that neighborhood with a group of friends or on a date. When we went at around 8pm, I'm positive it was the only building open for blocks. But if I'm being honest, the bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly (and pretty damn nice to look at, too).
But hey, the vodka was so good I bought a bottle, and I'm sure it won't be my last. 5 stars for the bartenders, the quality of the products and the cocktails, the amusing signs throughout the place, and the tour.
