I grew up near the LLL in Oceanside and loved it. Recently I was thrilled to move to Las Vegas from Phoenix where there aren't any really awesome Reptile and Exotics stores. I was excited to find LLLReptile in Las Vegas NV via their website when I was online shopping and immediately called the store and stopped in. During my visit, a sales associate named Jake helped me handle and learn about other options than my tried-and-true Bearded Dragon ideas. I was shown about testing the gender of Ball Pythons (which was news to me) and was allowed to handle a couple of those, plus a Tarantula and a Bicolor Large Tree Frog. I hadn't held any of these animals in a long time and super appreciated the opportunity and the coaching that I received from Jake. Even with the tarantula (which I am now seriously considering and never was before) I was nervous and Jake was very helpful in teaching me how to select one and handle them. LLLReptile has always been the best and the Las Vegas staff are just as awesome as the staff I remember from Oside years ago.
