As a nurse myself, I am very picky on who sees my kids. Dr Mendoza is an amazing physician and takes the time to actually see and treat your child rather than just the symptoms reported to him. He also takes as much time as the parents/caregiver needs to ask questions and make sure they understand what's going on. My oldest (4 year old) is very timid with new people and especially Drs. Dr. Mendoza always plays with him for a bit first to get him comfortable and he lets him look through the otoscope and see his stethoscope before actually using them on him. Makes a huge difference for a kid that is scared. Definitely recommend him to others.
