My wife and I had an unexpected and very quick transition to Charlotte. After scouring the city, we had our sights on Alpha Mill and the experience couldn't have been better. We toured the site, chose our ideal apartment, and were approved (though our credit scores weren't ideal) the very next day. We moved in 2 days later and have been here for 6 weeks.
They just finished up a Resident Appreciation Week that included wine, pizza, dog event, brunch, and more wine!
Highlights: STAFF!, Amenities (free coffee, 2 gyms, great business centers, and rec rooms, our dog loves other dogs and dog park, walk to downtown, same-day maintenance.. etc.) My wife, as a 'Yelp Reviews Stalker' insisted I wrote about our experience and share with fellow stalkers.
In a nutshell.. Alpha Mill has been all we hoped it would be PLUS UNLIMITED coffee!
