I did get a great price on tires I am only giving them two stars for their customer service. I had arranged to drop my truck off for the full day so we could have all tires replaced and an alignment done. They called around 2:00 to tell me my truck was ready. When paying the bill I noticed they did not do the alignment. While I confirmed with the service department more than once to make sure they put me down for an alignment they did not. They then proceeded to tell me if I want it done I would have to wait a couple of hours. No. Unacceptable. You had my truck all day and now want me to wait an addition two hours for your incompetency. Not a follow up phone call, nothing. Will not be back.
