Extremely disappointed. I don`t really go for facials so I wanted to treat myself. My skin is oily and has very large pores and they clog up with oil and dirt regularly. I felt like my skin needed special attention so I opted for the extreme deep cleaning with extra extraction time. On the spot, I was talked out of it and offered a different treatment instead. I reluctantly agreed, since I was told the extraction time would be the same (=the main reason I came). I got some masks and serums but the extraction time was somewhere in between 5 - 7 minutes maximum. I ended up spending over half an hour at home afterwards clearing the pores myself. That`s not what you want to do when you just spent $120+. I`d say yes if you`re looking to spend an hour of relaxation and get some face massage - that part was really nice. I say definitely NO if you want to clear your pores and come home with a feeling of clean skin and to see a visible difference. This treatment made no difference to my skin condition nor to its feel (I felt even oilier and more clogged after all the serums) and I will certainly not come back.
