My husband and I have been coming here for 3 years. Front Office staff is rude. I called for an appointment and without giving her the day she cut me off n said they were booked. Back office girls always commented on how we are always there... they shouldn't be making comments like that. Obviously if we're always there there's something wrong with our health. How insensitive. Every visit they collect a copay... but the next visit they'll say we were behind n collect again. I would not recommend this place.
We ended up leaving this office a little over year ago after one of their staff members informed us that their front desk receptionist got fired for possibly tampering with patient accounts... Mind you it was the lady who kept saying we didn't pay our co pays ALL THE TIME... unfortunately I wasn't able to get reimbursed because majority of the time we paid cash and I did not save my receipts. Thank God we found another physicans office we can trust and where the staff is professional.
