The staff here is extremely helpful. We had an issue with a fan we bought in 2010, and Adam was more than helpful with getting our problem solved. He kept us informed every step of the way, and provided great service. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store. You'll get more of a personal experience than a chain store.
