When I come here, I'm under the impression that I will be going to a library. So as a library, I kind of have certain expectations, the top one being that it would be quiet and that understood rule about libraries would be enforced.
Instead, I have this guy right across from me watching some show on his tablet without earphones (rude and inconsiderate), cell phones going off... And off and off, Conversations echoing from the lobby, and this girl who works here stacking books like she hates the workd, which I am gathering from the banging of the books on every shelf.
Or maybe by expectations of libraries are a little too much. I don't know.
I only put two stars because this place is clean for the most part and I have not had any bad encounters with anyone that works here.
