After visiting another urgent care nearby and deciding not to stay at that one to be treated, I found Concentra. Walking into Concentra it was like night versus day compared to the previous facility I was at. I was immediately greeted and started on the normal paperwork. The waiting area was nice. There was a tv, magazines, a coffee machine, and bottled water. Within 10 mins I was called back. The Doctor I saw was friendly and personable. The Doctor took the time to really talk with me about my symptoms and to explain what was causing it. The Doctor also answered all my questions. Glad that I found Concentra. I was pleased with the facility and definitely impressed by the Doctor.
