I feel like this place has a lot of potential if they would just organize it more. It seemed very unorganized going from one activity to the next. There was a lot of wasted time where gifts could have been opened, but instead they let your kids run around and then tell you to leave BEFORE the time that you pay for is up, and the birthday girl is forced to sit outside in the heat and open gifts on the curb. For the prices that you pay, you really should get your money's worth. Again, cute idea but not executed well at all. The teens that work there are quiet and shy and never speak to you... they should be outgoing and make the party more fun for the children. I feel like the whole thing is rushed and almost awkward. The party package that the mother purchased wasn't what she got either... the employees either didn't pay attention to what the package entailed, or just didn't care. Management should look into why their workers are kicking paying customers out BEFORE their 2 hour time is even up, when there is so much wasted time during the allotted party time. We went for my daughters friends party, and initially I was considering utilizing the place as I have 2 daughters as well, but I definitely won't be wasting my money after seeing how people are treated here. Too bad.
