The first five star I have rated. And with a heavy hand, I can say with clear conscious that it is well deserved. Their delivery and presentation of food, drink, tea and sashami are artisian craft. The slices are perfect every time, rare cuts of seabass and perfectly cured Saba (makeral). Every time is exciting (four times pre-yelp) and this time no different, the lunch special is perfect upper class bento box. The scenery and ambiance is perfect for a blooming Gilbert and Chandler cross roads. The glass patio is a being of magnificent architecture. The only fishy smell you get is from their gorgeous salt water tank.
Coming back now four times more- eight in all- I am happy to say that every time is money well spent. This place is an Arizona oasis for sushi and chef friendly gentlmen who know how to make anything. They make hand rolls and maki any way as requested.
