Wish I something good to say . Simply because I desperately needed a new OBGYN.
Called just now to get information towards availability in a new appointment and
Was assisted by the person who answers the phone. I didn't ask for her name but she was very rude . She was speaking to me as if I was of some kind of special. I really hate this because I wouldn't like to miss on a good obgyn just by the customer service I received. But I would genuinely would like to avoid this person if I were to go. Which I won't . She hung up while we were still speaking.
