I made appointments online a week in advance and received confirmation emails for 2 appointments back to back (one was for one kid and the other for all the kids together). I called about 30 min before the photos appointment just to confirm before I headed over there and was told that one of my appointments was cancelled because they only allow one photo appointment per day per family and that I should have received an email about it.
For anyone with three kids that you have all prepared for photos knows, this was a difficult task and then to be told that the appointment isn't going to happen and having no notification was not ok.
We will never go back to picture people.
