I went in today with a budget and a fuzzy idea of what I wanted/needed. The sales associate Chris took the time to listen to me and fit me in the perfect bike. I am recently working through a hip injury and he took the time to watch me ride to ensure the bike fit me and would prevent any future injury. Other bike shops I visited didn't even take the time to ask about injuries and truthfully I would not have thought to mention. I had a previous experience at Eddy's that made me unhappy with the customer service provided I can say that I am happy I went back there today, Chris's professionalism and caring left me feeling valued and super happy with my new bike!
