This review pertains to the Las Vegas West Tropicana Blvd. location. I don't expect that great of quality from a company with "Budget" in their name, but there were just many things about my experience here that were subpar.
My main complaint is with how slow they were. The customer service people were nice, but just so slow. There was only one other customer in the place. We waited almost 15 minutes standing in line before someone asked if we had been helped. Uh, no...that's why we're standing here. Then after 15-20 minutes of processing to get a Hyundai (geez, I can get a Ferrari faster than that), we were told to sit to wait for them to "clean" our car and that they would come get us when it was ready. So we sat. And we waited.
After about 15 minutes the car finally gets pulled into the front. I notice that, and the fact that the guy who brought it up is just standing there waiting. He stands out there for almost 10 minutes after driving it up before coming in and telling us "OK, your car is ready". So we finally get into the car. It's almost 45-60 minutes now since we arrived there. And the car smells like someone had a cigar smoking convention inside of it.
Anyway, next time I'm paying slightly extra for Enterprise or maybe even Hertz. I guess there's a reason this specific Budget location cost so much less than the others in Las Vegas.
