I was here for an all day wrestling event for my son. I looked for wifi access, but saw it was password protected. I was confused by this as most public arenas of this size provide wifi to people attending events. I called the box office to get the password and was perplexed to hear Bojangles locks its wifi and won't give out the password. The fact that they do have wifi here but do not offer it to customers is poor business practice. I had business to attend to and emails to send while I stayed in the arena all day to watch my son wrestle two matches for a charity event, but was not able to access wifi. I am a business person well versed in the ways of customer courtesy and good business karma and their policy of not providing customers with the wifi password is not helpful to the relationship or loyalty to those who pay to come here.
