I have been to Cowfish several times and I can't believe that I have not giving them a review until now.
It is usually busy and you might have a wait but it is totally worth it. Bar and sushi bar seating is first come first serve so that could be an option. In all the times I have been here I don't think I have waited more than 20 minutes.
This is the type of restaurant that if you are with a group everybody should be able to find something on the huge menu that will make them happy.
Several things to choose from, sushi, sashimi, nigiri, salads, burgers and sandwiches, fusion sushi rolls, bento boxes, burgushi, milkshakes, and several deserts.
Tonight me and a coworker started with the shishito peppers, they are served with a jalapeño lime infused oil, these are a favorite. I ordered the NODA Hop, drop N'roll IPA, nice IPA with citrus and pine notes.
I ordered the chefs deluxe 15 piece sashimi, which includes fresh tuna, salmon, yellowtail, whitefish, eel, sweet shrimp, lobster salad, and octopus. The sashimi is very fresh and this is the perfect meal.
My coworker ordered the grilled salmon BLT with sweet potato fries and raved about it.
I have never been disappointed at Cowfish!
