I originally called and tried to set up an appointment over the phone and receptionist that I spoke with said that I could choose from an 8am or 11am appointment, and I said 8am. But when I arrived they said that I was scheduled for an 11am.. however, they could squeeze me in. I was a little bugged that they got the wrong time scheduled, but glad they didn't make a big deal out of it and let us in. Dr. James Michaud and the technicians were great, they always make us feel welcome and comfortable. They also have helpful advice and are always professional. Everything was great, except maybe the scheduling.
