Ross you need to get with the times. I just bought this item 3 days ago and brought it back to return it but forgot my receipt. I bought with a credit card yet they will only give me store credit because I don't have my receipt. Almost every other store I shop at can look it up by the credit card and just give me a refund in whatever way I want it. That's really horrible customer service and definitely not taking care of your customers who probably pretty often don't have the receipts when they want to return something.
