Used to be great. New owner, argues, blames quality problems on customer.
Brought car in for routine maintenance oil change, brakes, tire rotation. Now has vibration. I tell them vibration is in rear wheels above 60 mph. He says " so it moved from front to rear?" I say no, it doesn't move, its only in the rear. Then he says, well it had to move from the front to rear because we rotated the tires. I say there was no vibration before. He says yes, that's why we brought the car in, in the first place. I try to explain there was no vibration before and we brought it in for routine maintenance. he ignores me, insisting we brought the car In for a vibration problem.
Weird conversation. I'm taking it elsewhere to get the wheels balanced. Very frustrating. Don't go here.
