Had a 7 am appointment and was asked to arrive at 6:30. When I got there it was locked and no one arrived until 6:50. No apologies. Then they didn't have the order. Luckily my doctor gave me a copy but I had left it at work. Was told that I needed to go and get it. Left and drove to my office and back again. Still no apologies. The exam itself was great and the tech couldn't have been nicer but I received nothing in the way of empathy from the front desk. You may want to try a different location.
