Thee absolute rudest customer service in their service dept!!! Drove in from CA yesterday and experienced car trouble...made an appt for this afternoon and when I got there I was spoken to by an older woman with brown hair and brown eyes sitting there with the biggest scowl on her face. She did not greet me I had to speak to her first. I was told sorry but there's nothing we can do our systems are down. Her tone and body language said "I don't give an F" how you feel and it's just too bad. Being a female traveling alone from out of town with car troubles is stressful enough let alone have to deal with poor customer service and an I don't care attitude. Luckily there were two other dealerships in the area and I headed to prestige jeep off of Ann road where I was spoken to like my situation mattered, they were kind and took care of my vehicle by the end of day.
