My house does look great and the price was awesome. I am talking one star away because I finally received the paid invoice yesterday (it came by email which is fine) even though the job was completed and paid-in-full back in November 2015. Another star was subtracted due to the actions of Mr. Vickers. I like him, he is very kind, but he has a major problem. Four times now, I made appointments with him to come to my home only to have him not show without emailing, texting, or calling. Yesterday was the last straw. He chose the date and I said I would be available after !:00pm. I emailed him at 12:47pm telling him that I was at home and offering to reschedule if needed. I waited and emailed him again at 5:21pm. He emailed me back an hour later. This has happened before, he said it would not happen again, and of course it did. I'm done.
