I noticed when I checked in that there was no bottled water in the room. I though maybe it was an oversight as when I have stayed in other hotels charging 250.00 per night (that was my nightly rate) and I suppose I have gotten used to having it in the room. I didn't miss it until I wanted to use the room coffeemaker on the last day. Since there was no bottled water, instead of using their coffeemaker I decided to stop at Starbucks. I mentioned this to the front desk staff, and inquired about the bottled water, who told me that complimentary water was only for the H Honors guests. So that was disappointing, but aside from that the room and staff were great.
