I have been to Eleven three times previously and consider it one of Pittsburgh 's premier restaurants. But on Wednesday I was entertaining clients and we ended up leaving. They tried to seat seven in a table that would've been tight with five. There were plenty of open tables but they wouldn't reseat us or accommodate us. Yes, we had reservations (admittedly for 6). Unpleasant hostess and no comping of our cocktails. This was kind of a big deal dinner. We walked down the street to Lydia ' s who accommodated us quickly. Excellent dinner and service there. Thank you, Lydia. We should've made you our first choice.
