Kinda an odd location considering its located within Markville Mall which typically lacks any speciality desserts or dining. But not to worry; it was honestly really good. What came to mind was another establishment in Markham - Cool N2 - which was my previous nitrogen ice cream experience that was quite disappointing. While I was apprehensive, I was eager to try this new establishment. While they have a much smaller menu, the flavours were definitley more unique than your standard chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. There were flavours like tofu soy milk, strawberry cheesecake, and tiramisu. The black rice was true to its flavour and was nice and smooth, with fine grains of the black rice embedded into it. The yuzu orange was refreshing and sweet, with pieces of orange rind blended in. Overall, I was really impressed with the smooth texture, the right amount of sweetness, and the quality of the ice cream. For $6.55 + tax, I am quite satisfied. In comparison to Cool N2; far better. Definitely worth trying!
