I have been living here going on 12 years. Carol Guzy is a crooked while I was in a Rehab to learn how to walk again. They let me come home for a couple of hrs. I was sitting in the living room with my friend when we heard someone unlocking my door it was ED Guzzy with the Inspector to have them check a couple of Apts. I called up and Linda who's mother in law stole over 1,4300.00 carol was to make sure she paid me back while she fired her after giving her 2 weeks pay 2 weeks Vacation pay did I ever get paid back no. But getting back to them just walking in I was told by that snob Linda that they knew I was not home and my apartment was always clean and I take care of it. I was promised to have a new rug put down we are a gated community but what good is that when you post the code where everyone can see it. The tenants change they're selling drugs in here I am Disabled I hear the cars come and going all thur the night. Now if we have emergency we can't get help 24 hrs like we used to if you toilet over flows and you have 2 bathrooms they won't come until the next day you get locked out you can't call them until the next day or call a lock smith. My apartment was paint 1 time and it was just the living room that was painted I been wait almost 3 year to get my air vents clean out also the leaks I used to have. I can't afford to move but after my lease is up in a year I'm gone they make 100% on my apt. Because I call report what I need fixed and I wait and wait. Also Carol Guzzy finally paid me back the money she owed me cause the lady die and her sister want the rent back she used 885.00 the ladies rent at the casino then I had so of my meds taking by carol my Valiums I can go on. They lost my house keys and I had to pay for the locks to be changed and by mistake she charged me for a couple sets of locked I paid her 154 and change. I could go on I been wait for a bathroom to be painted after 12 years hardly anything been done. I love living here but do us right. I'm very sick and don't need these headaches and now she's the big boss she told me how she got over on there Ins. Co. She used to call me anywhere from 4:25 am and tell me everything until her husband got up at 6:30 am. I'm sorry carol but what you are doing is crooked
