Yelp doesn't differentiate between the stand-alone Bouchon bakery and the actual Bouchon restaurant, so if you're only interested in the bakery items, you'll find the bakery under the escalators. This is one of the best deals for breakfast on the Strip, depending on what you order. Unfortunately, we were too early for brunch but the breakfast menu was enough for me since I ordered the Petit Déjeuner Jardinière: Two eggs any way you like them (I had them over-easy) Potatoes Lyonnaise - onions, potatoes and BUTTER Fresh fruit juice (grapefruit!) Coffee Brioche toast with homemade jam Fresh fruit Sauteed spinach with garlic Choice of 3 pastries (almond chocolate croissant) ^So how much would you think all this is? It's $22, which in Vegas, is what you tip the guy to empty the ashtrays in the casino. If you're a light eater, you can even share it. The service was friendly, they split the bill no problem, and they texted me when the table was ready. Solid place for breakfast. In the bakery, the kouign amann is a must-have. The bottom is so caramelized and chewy, it's like eating a Laffy Taffy with layers so rich and buttery, I recommend sharing ;)
