The staff is always frazzled here or always blissfully unaware of the rush and a sense of urgency. I have to come in 30 minutes before my shift starts down the street to be on time. Expect people to be cleaning when it's busy instead of making drinks. Expect minimal apologies for inconvenience. Expect to be told "we are a busy stores you have to get used to it".
I love Starbucks but this store is managed poorly and the general manager is always unnecessarily loud
