They were referred by a friend because of their knowledge on bugs, to be specific, spring tails! I had them all over the new house I remodeled. I called and spoke with a Mike who was very helpful and told me spring tails were very common in the summer and gave me some quick solutions over the phone. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me! Appreciated the time given to me on the phone even though I did not use them.
