Maybe it was because I had a work related injury so I wasn't in a rush, but I had a great experience at this Concentra. One time I was just a drop in and the other I had an appointment and they told me they were running late and I was welcome to reschedule. Both times, they got me to the initial check area in under 15-20 minutes. My doctor seemed to really care about my injury and was very personable. My last appointment was on time and I was in and out in under an hour, a feat for any medical office.
