We rented from the for 3 years. They were always slow to fix things. They also would take multiple trips to fix the same thing. We cleaned the house , cleaned carpets painted. Scrubbed everything when we left. They sent us a bill for almost 1400.00$$. Claiming the place was a wreck . Charging 5 dollar a light bulb. They also go by midstate rentals. Watch out for them LaDonna has no problems lying!!!!
