Here's what to like: it's not a national chain. It's clean. The people are nice. For airport food, the price is amazingly fair.
Not so much: barbacoa burrito with egg - beef was exceptionally tough, the scrambled egg was dry. The salsa Verde was ok. The tortilla was a bit chewy.
I tried their main restaurant months back and chalked the mediocre food up to a bad night. Perhaps my taste runs contrary to others.
In the airport? Want something, anything, other than chain food? You'll be ok here.
Not bad. Just not what I'd hoped for from a noted restaurateur.
