Just picked up my hubby's Jeep from the shop and I'm super satisfied. Rich was able to describe what needed to be fixed with my vehicle, in the most simplest of terms for someone who isn't mechanically savvy (me). Our power steering hose was leaning badly, causing a loss of power steering and fan/cooling issues. Thankfully Rich was able to call around and get the part I needed and they were able to fix the issue and get my oil changed in less than 24 hours. To make things better, I got 10% off as a discount for being military. With the spur of the moment hose issue, it was great to be able to save a little cash somewhere. I also appreciated the professionalism and keeping me up to date each major step of the way. If anything unfortunate happens with our vehicles, I'm for sure gonna be stopping in.
