Good chain, attentive servers and you don't feel overwhelmed. The filet was excellent, not the bacon wrapped filet just the regular. Definitely pair it with the mash potatoes. Great atmosphere and setting, slightly disappointed with some of the meat temperatures, we had to request meat not to be cooked well done which is unlike a Brazilian steakhouse, normally I find their meat to be towards the medium rare side but last night at our visit to Chimas the steaks were cooked well done and it made the meat tough. After getting fresh skewers the meat was nice and tender. Dessert was below average, the lava cake had no lava filling it was just a dry chocolate soufflé unfortunately. All together it was a fun experience and would definitely go back.
